What is Populii’s Culture Tag ?

Every employee should be able to describe their organization’s culture with ease and a sense of personal pride. Culture Tag is a tool that lets you play with descriptors of your culture to create a memorable acronym to help employees quickly and easily recall the key elements of your culture.
The tool uses key words that describe your culture anyway you choose:
- they could be your organization’s core values,
- your current quest for inclusion or,
- other critical factors that describe your culture of choice.
Those words are used to create options for acronyms that are reflective of your organization and its culture. Play around with different words to find a preferred acronym that defines your culture.
